This rustic and traditional Spanish country house,  licensed for a hotel, has approximately 450 m2 living area. It’s built on a plot of 25,000 m2 with fantastic sea views.


The main house has 3 bedrooms en suite, a completely new and comfortable new kitchen open to the dining room, a big living room of 90 m2 and a separate bodega.


There are two guest apartments, both of them with an separate entrance. One of the apartments is also connected to the main house and the other one through the courtyard, which is like the heart of the Finca with antique doors, stone walls etc. There is also a big pool 12 x 8 m, an outdoor whirlpool for 6 people and a BBQ and a nice landscaped garden.
